Acceptable use policy

Template under legal review. This document is a working draft and has not yet been reviewed by qualified counsel. It must not be published externally without review and should not be relied upon as legal advice.

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out activities that are prohibited when using the RegSpace platform. It supplements our Terms of service.

Prohibited use

You must not use the Service to:

  • Process personal data, confidential information, or privileged material that you are not authorised to process or to share with a processor.
  • Submit content that infringes intellectual-property rights, contains malware, or violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or derive the weights of any underlying model, or to bypass model safety controls.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent (see our security page for responsible-disclosure details).
  • Generate content intended to defraud, deceive, defame, or unlawfully coerce any person.
  • Use outputs as the sole basis for a legal or regulatory decision without qualified-counsel review. This is a misuse of the Service and may violate applicable unauthorised-practice-of-law rules.
  • Automate the Service to produce client-facing deliverables without the human review gates described in our architecture.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service except as expressly permitted in writing.

Enforcement

We may suspend access and investigate suspected breaches. Material or repeated breaches may result in termination without refund. Where legally required, we will report breaches to the appropriate authorities.
