Which jurisdictions do you cover?
EU instruments at EU level, the UK, US federal and priority states (California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, Texas), and Australia. We are adding coverage over time. No jurisdiction is blocked on a paid plan, and there is no per-jurisdiction cap.
Do I pay per seat, or per entity?
Neither, as a hard cap. Every plan includes the complete platform, and the plan you choose reflects how many corporate entities you run (Foundation up to 3, Compliance Pro up to 15, Compliance Suite for 15 or more) plus the level of support. Entity counts are a fair-use guide we use to recommend the right plan, not a limit enforced in the software. We do not charge per seat, per policy, or per jurisdiction, and we are not going to penalise you for involving more reviewers.
How honest are the citations and redlines?
Source-linked digests; redlines verified against the dated copy of the source we save. When Watcher flags a change, the digest item links to its primary source, and any Word-document redline is checked against the saved copy of the rule as it read on the day it was reviewed. Everything is draft intelligence for your team to review, not legal advice.
Which connectors are live?
Live today on every plan: SCIM identity providers (Okta, Entra, Google Workspace, OneLogin, JumpCloud), BambooHR / Personio / HiBob, AWS, Google Cloud, Jira, and Tropic. Other integrations become available over time; we do not bill for an integration before it is live for you.
Is there an SLA? What about SOC 2?
A contractual SLA is part of Compliance Suite only; Foundation and Compliance Pro are best-effort support. On SOC 2: we maintain SOC 2 control mapping in our controls library, but a formal attestation is not yet started, so we do not claim certification. Ask for the security pack and we will share exactly where we are.
Can I switch plans mid-contract?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated to the next billing month. Downgrades take effect at the next anniversary; we don't claw back unused months. Talk to us and we will quote the difference on the call.
