Why bundle agents into tiers if every agent is à-la-carte?
Most teams end up wanting the same combinations. Solo replaces a regulatory-alerts subscription. Foundation adds the memo + redline drafter on top. Compliance Office retires your Excel risk register. GRC Suite is the OneTrust / AuditBoard replacement. The bundled price is ~25% off the à-la-carte rate; if your mix doesn't match a tier, you pay à-la-carte.
What counts as a 'jurisdiction'?
A jurisdiction is a primary regulator's territory we monitor for you: UK, EU (treated as one for source coverage but counted as one jurisdiction for quota purposes), each US state you operate in, plus US federal. Solo covers 1; Foundation up to 2; Compliance Office up to 5; GRC Suite is unlimited and includes every EU member state's national overlay.
Do I pay per seat?
No. Pricing is per tenant, with seat ceilings bundled into the tier (Solo 2 / Foundation 3 / Office 10 / Suite unlimited). We don't want a per-seat model penalising you for involving more reviewers; citation discipline gets stronger when more counsel reviews drafts.
How does the trial work?
We run two-week paid pilots at a 50% discount on the tier's monthly rate. The pilot includes Profiler-led onboarding, the first weekly Scout digest, and a Drafter redline of one of your live policies. If you don't continue, you keep everything Profiler produced (including the tenant profile and policy classifications) as a CSV export.
Can I switch tiers mid-contract?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated to the next billing month. Downgrades take effect at the next anniversary; we don't claw back unused months. Removing an agent from an à-la-carte mix is the same.
Discounts for multi-year or case-study participation?
Up to 15% for a 3-year commitment; up to 10% for a named public reference; combined caps at 20%. Pilot-to-paid: the first 3 months post-pilot waived for design partners rolling into Compliance Office or GRC Suite. CEO sign-off in writing for anything beyond.
